Mangoes are plucked raw from the tree.

The spice is calcium carbide CaC2 which is added to most of the mangoes in the market to change the color of the mangoes.

Have you seen gas welding? In a large iron tank, fire was created by adding a spice to it, with which welding was done. That spice is calcium carbide. 

It is a flammable substance used in factories.

A small amount of it in the mango pita would generate so much heat that the color of the mangoes would change and the mangoes would rot inside. And this poison is also embedded in mangoes. 


 Its use is also prohibited in Pakistan, but what is the law here? Along with this, the natural aroma of the mango will be changed.

Secondly, mangoes cooked with calcium carbide will immediately cause acidity in the mouth.

Stinging burns cause irritation, ulcers in the alimentary canal and long-term damage leads to stomach ulcers, intestinal poisoning, skin problems and diseases such as cancer, kidney failure. 


Another method is to use a gas. The name of which is ethylene is C2H2.

This gas is also present in the mango itself. By which the mangoes ripen by themselves.

It is recommended by the whole world including the Punjab Food Authority for cooking fruits.

Ethylene gas is released by spreading the mangoes in a closed chamber. Ripe mangoes do not turn too yellow. But their taste is completely natural and perfect.

 Second, it has no harm to health. 


The taste of these ethylene-ripened or self-heated mangoes is intoxicating. 


Most of the shopkeepers do not know about this. What are the names of ethylene and calcium carbide? 

Calcium carbide, commonly used to cook fruits like mangoes, emits acetylene gas which contains harmful elements like arsenic and phosphorus.


And the customer also wants only dark yellow mangoes.

So, in view of the demand, mangoes were cooked immediately by applying calcium carbide, which we are still eating poison in the name of mangoes.
